If you do not pass the California Bar examination after completing any of JW Bar Method’s California bar examination preparation courses, you may request a refund under JW Bar Method’s money back guarantee (the “Money Back Guarantee”), and we will refund your purchase if you are eligible.

1.  You must complete the course. Completing the course means:

     a. Finishing all of the Self-Assessments with at least a 95% score. You agree to practice and repeat the Self-Assessments until you can finish with at least a 95% score.

     b. Achieving a passing grade on all of the required essays and performance tests. You agree to resubmit the required essays and performance tests until you receive the equivalent of a passing grade as determined by JW Bar Method’s graders. In determining your grade, we follow the grading standards promulgated by the State Bar of California, available at https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Admissions/Examinations/California-Bar-Examination/Grading

     c. If applicable, finishing all of the required MBE multiple choice question drills with at least a 95% score. You agree to practice and repeat the required multiple choice question drills until you can achieve at least a 95% score.

     d. Completing all of the timed simulated examinations.

2.  You have not received a refund under this guarantee in the past.

You agree to make money back guarantee requests in good faith. JW Bar Method reserves the right to verify proof of purchase, user information, and deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Money Back Guarantee. JW Bar Method may report any misconduct to the attorney registration and character and fitness board in your jurisdiction.
